Delivery and Returns Policy for SNOOZEQATAR

1. Delivery Policy

Dispatch Time:

  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days after receiving the order. Orders placed before 12:00 PM will typically be processed the same day, while orders placed after 12:00 PM will be processed the following working day.

Delivery Time:

  • Same Day to Next Day Delivery: For orders placed within Qatar, we offer delivery within the same day or the next working day (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
  • Rest of GCC: For orders shipped to other GCC countries, we typically offer delivery within 3-5 working days depending on your location and shipping service.

Important Notes:

  • Orders placed on Fridays in Qatar will be processed on the next working day (Saturday).
  • Delivery times may vary based on location, shipping partner, and unforeseen circumstances (such as weather or holidays).

Shipping Charges:

  • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Eligibility:

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Condition of Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused, unwashed, and resalable condition.
  • Packaging: All returns must include the original packaging, which includes items such as the ribbon, card, bowtie, and any other accessories provided in the original packaging. (Returns that do not have the complete packaging may be refused).

Proof of Issue:

  • For returns to be processed, the customer must provide proof of the issue with the product in the form of images or videos showing the problem or defect. This helps us understand the issue clearly and process your return efficiently.

Exclusions from Returns:

  • We do not offer returns or refunds for products based on change of mind or dissatisfaction with the color, size, or style once the order has been confirmed. Please choose your items carefully.

Defective or Damaged Items:

  • If your item is damaged or defective due to a mistake on our end or during shipping, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. We will cover any shipping fees involved in returning the item.

Refund Process:

  • Once your return has been processed and approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that while we will complete the refund on our end within this timeframe, the actual refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. Some banks or payment platforms may take additional time to process the refund, and it may take a few more days before the amount is reflected in your account.

  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and confirm if the return is valid based on our policy.
  3. Packaging: Once your return is approved, ensure that the item is packed with its original packaging (ribbon, cards, bowtie, etc.).
  4. Return Shipping: We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product. If the issue is on our end or during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost. If the return is based on any other reason, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

4. Shipping Issues and Errors

In the rare case that there is an error in your order (such as receiving the wrong product, damage during transit, or missing items), please notify us immediately. We will:

  • Investigate the issue
  • Provide a replacement or full refund for any items affected by an error on our part or during shipping
  • No additional charges will be imposed on you for issues arising from our end or from the shipping process

If there are any issues with delivery due to the shipping provider, we will work with the courier company to resolve the issue at no cost to you.
